Roots blower requirements before use
1.輸送介質入口空氣溫度不超過 40 ℃.
2. 介質中顆粒雜質含量不超過100mg/m3, 顆粒的最大尺寸不得超過最小工作間隙的一半, 羅茨鼓風機振動速度應小於11.2mm/s.
3.運轉時軸承溫度不得高於 95 ℃, 潤滑油溫度不得高於 65 ℃.
4.The pressure used should not be higher than the boost range specified on the nameplate of the 羅茨鼓風機 (真空泵).
5.鼓風機葉輪和機殼, 葉輪和壁板, 葉輪及葉輪間隙已在工廠調整好, 重裝時應保證間隙. (差距太大, 影響性能; 如果間隙太小, 由於熱膨脹，會發生摩擦和碰撞。)
6.When the 根鼓風機 (真空泵) 正在運行, 主油箱和副油箱的油位應在油窗的中間.
