5.1 Routine Maintenance of Coupling Drive Roots Blower
5.1.1 During the operation, if abnormal vibration or overheating occurs in the casing, wall panel, fuel tank, etc., stop immediately and check.
5.1.2 In daily work, pay attention to the temperature, vibration and sound of the bearing, and check frequently.
5.1.3 During long-term operation, due to the corrosion of the impeller and the casing, the working clearance is increased, the internal leakage is increased, the temperature rise of the casing and the exhaust temperature are increased, and the flow rate is reduced. At this point, the measurement gap should be stopped and corrective measures taken.
5.1.4 In the cold winter zone, the blower and cooling pump that need cooling water must be drained after the machine stops, preventing the water from freezing and damaging the machine.
5.1.5 Check the oil level of the oil level gauge.
5.1.6 Check the suction and exhaust pressure to confirm whether the operating conditions of the blower and vacuum pump are normal.
5.1.7 Check the motor load. If the load increases, indicating that there is some abnormal state, the cause should be ascertained.
5.2 Regular inspection of coupling drive roots blower
5.2.1 Monthly inspection: Check the tension of the narrow V belt.
5.2.2 Three-month inspection: Replace the main and auxiliary tank gear oils and clean the air filter.
5.2.3 Half-year inspection: Check the pipeline support.
5.2.4 One-year inspection
5.2.4.1 Check the bearing and rotating shaft lip seals.
5.2.4.2 Check the impeller and casing.
5.2.4.3 Check the gears.
