6.2.1Engine-Start (single machine) of roots blower
6.2.1.1 Check whether the fasteners such as anchor bolts are loose before starting the machine, and whether the bolts of the connecting parts of each part are loose.
6.2.1.2 Check and confirm that the vent valve is open and the main pipe valve is open. (The product with cooling water is connected to the cooling water).
6.2.1.3 Check if the gear oil is in place.
6.2.1.4 Turn the pulley or coupling by hand to see if it can be moved by hand. The rotation must be more than one turn (greater than 360 grade). It should be flexible and no squeaky, no abnormal noise.
6.2.1.5 Start the motor after checking the electrical equipment by the electrical worker.
