Operating procedures of roots blower starting
6.2.1Engine-Start (single machine) of roots blower
6.2.1.1 Check whether the fasteners such as anchor bolts are loose before starting the machine, and whether the bolts of the connecting parts of each part are loose.
6.2.1.2 Check and confirm that the vent valve is open and the main pipe valve is open. (The product with cooling water is connected to the cooling water).
6.2.1.3 Check if the gear oil is in place.
6.2.1.4 Turn the pulley or coupling by hand to see if it can be moved by hand. The rotation must be more than one turn (greater than 360 degrees). It should be flexible and no squeaky, no abnormal noise.
6.2.1.5 Start the motor after checking the electrical equipment by the electrical worker.
6.2.1.6 After the roots blower is running normally, gradually close the vent valve and gradually increase the pressure to the rated pressure. It is not allowed to boost too fast. Generally, after the outlet pressure reaches 15000Pa, it will be boosted every 5000Pa.
Note: The wet vacuum pump is gradually loaded while opening the sealing water after no-load start (the sealing water should not be excessive or too small).
6.2.1.7 Continuous operation, pay attention to the pressure gauge, must be lower than the rated nameplate pressure.
6.2.1.8 After the roots blower is running normally, pay attention to turn off the pressure gauge switch.
6.2.1.9 The operator records every half hour or one hour, including: voltage, current, pressure, bearing temperature, lubricant temperature, inlet and outlet gas temperature, etc.
