1.The inlet air temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 °C.
2.The content of particulate impurities in the medium shall not exceed 100mg/m3, the maximum size of the particles shall not exceed half of the minimum working gap, and the vibration speed of the roots blower shall be less than 11.2mm/s.
3.The bearing temperature during operation shall not be higher than 95 °C, and the lubricating oil temperature shall not be higher than 65 °C.
4.The blower impeller and the casing, the impeller and the wall plate, the impeller and the impeller clearance have been adjusted at the factory, and the clearance should be ensured during reassembly.
